This is just a snack but it livens up your tastebuds and is quick and easy to prepare.

Get some thin slices of roast beef. Spread with a little French mustard and then add sliced onion and tomatoes (and some chopped chilli if you like it spicy). Roll.

The texture of the beef and the stickiness of the mustard means that the rolls will stay rolled on the place. Make 2 or 3 and enjoy in front of the TV.
