As you can see from the pictures this Dukan recipe can be served either as a meal to be eaten with a knife and fork or as a wrap you can hold in your hands.

How you make the Turkey burger is decribed on my Dukan diet blog.

The cabbage leaf and leeks are both steams. I was really pleasantly surprised at the delicious taste of the leeks. I thought leeks had to be sauteed to taste nice - but these steamed leeks were delicious.
