Hi everyone, just joined the forum,not started the diet yet.I had a gastic bypass 10 years ago and never got to my goal weight and now want to lose the last bit.I can eat anything,no problem lol.
just waiting till payday to get more food in that i can eat,so on monday i start the plan.
Fingers crossed ! Very Happy


Well starting today,14.4lb on scales, not looking forward to doing this, i love my coffee with 2 heaped sugars and drink lots. sugar is my main dowmfall,i like sweets and lollies so goingto be hard not having any.Do you measure yourself? might take my waist one and see how it changes.

Well i get weighed tomorrow,it will be a week, stayed mainly on track, fell of a few times though, I had a slice of bread and a creme egg, sugar in my coffee, can't seem to find a sweetner i like,and as for drinking water i am in big trouble i cant seem to drink it, just dont feel like drinkging it so apart from coffee, i dont drink. Do you think it will afect my weightloss? will i have to follow the rules ?
