10kg to lose (fingers crossed)

Hi there, I am on Day 3 of PP and have gone from 165lbs to 162lbs however i probably put on 3lbs at the weekend, stuffing my face before the diet began Smile

Planning to do 5 days of PP, or do you think I should do 7?? Looking for a noticeable difference so that I can get the motivation I need to keep going.

Good luck everyone, I think we might all need each other's support through this.... I am already fed up eating chicken and prawns Smile
