'White cheese' is probably a translation of fromage blanc which is something like Quark which is like cottage cheese.

Yes Simon is right, you should understand "cottage cheese". You know, my mother tongue is French, so sometimes there's a bad translation here and there. Thank you for telling me, i will modify.
