Started attack phase today. I am 158cm, weigh 64 kg (that hurt to write!) and if I stick to the plan I should weigh 56 kg on Saturday the 26th of June 2010. If this holds true then I'll being doing my fish shopping naked that day Very Happy

Today I have mostly been eating fish! I had a oat bran pancake for breakfast, a small pot of fat free vanilla yogurt mid morning, smoke mackerel pate (recipe in recipes section) and boiled egg for lunch, 4 crab sticks mid afternoon, grilled salmon with herb cottage cheese and a vanilla yogurt for supper, 2 cups of tea, 2 cans of diet coke and copious amounts of water. I suspect tomorrow will look pretty similar!

Hello Miss fishy!

Ok You got a deal with the forum! You said that in the end of June you'll do your fish shopping naked that day, and I bet you! (with pictures to prove it :p)

Yes, your weight hurts to write, but it's a great point to do it! First to show that you are aware of that overweight!
Next, it will be useful for the future, as you will notice the evolution of your weight loss, and it will motivate you more and more.

I'm burning to know the first result of your attack phase on day 1 :-)

Hi Administrator

I have a feeling I may have to start preparing my fish monger for a naked visit in June - I lost 1.5 kg on the first day of the attack phase Very Happy I can't wait to weigh myself again tomorrow. However, I have not been drinking as much water today (still 1.5 liters so far) as I had to go to the loo twice last night.

Hi miss Fishy !

I am 167 and I weighted 64 KG as well, I am on my third and last day of the attack phase, yesterday the scale said 62.6 can't for tomorrow.my goal is 57

I wanted to ask you how to make those oat bran pancakes? how many can you eat? are the allowed during all phases?

Going to the loo more often is a side-effect of drinking more water but you must drink lots of water because of the strain on your kidneys in a high protein diet.

The scale say I have lost another kilo and the scales never lie!!!!!! I haven't been eating a lot today as I have been very busy but I have remembered to drink. Peeing a lot but not been for a poo since Sunday though. I guess it will come in it's own good time!

Nooki, to make oat bran pancakes:

Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of oat bran, 1 1/2 tablespoons of non-fat fromage frais or quark and 1 egg white in a bowl. For sweet pancakes add sweetner. Pour on a non-stick pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. They are very nice.

On a more serious point - I put on 1/2 a kilo yesterday. Not sure how but I still havent been for a poo (or is that too much information Embarassed ).

Was VERY naughty on Friday and yesterday. Went drinking and clubbing until the early hours of Saturday morning. I must have consumed well over the goverment recommended monthly alcohol units and as a result I had to lie in the recovery position most of yesterday. Having a hangover meant serious carb cravings and I did give in and had some noodles and salty popcorn. Having hopped on the scales this morning I'm amazed to see that I'm now 61 kg which is 3 kg less than last Monday when I started the diet. I can only put that down to my funky dance movements on Friday and the fact that I went for my first poo yesterday!

Glad to hear !!

We started at the same time and with the same weight 64 - now I am 60.5 !!

My scale didn't see this number for a long time.

I want to see 56 I am becoming greedy and even dreaming on 55 :=)
