Hi guys!! I'm Lee from Kent, England, 13st 6lb (85kg) and 5"9 (177cm)

I bought the book and i've been reading through, trying to devour every word! I loooove my food and it's a big deal for me going on a diet affraid so being able to join this forum and read everyone's experiences is going to be invaluable to me.

Day 1: 13st 6lb/85kg/188lb
I started the attack phase before the book arrived (picked up a few basics online), and was unintentionally on it for 6 days...

Day 11 now of alternating PP/PV! cheers

Looks like you are doing great - what do you think about the book? I think it makes a lot of sense and worth sticking with. Keep up the good work and here's a "thumbs up" from Dallas, Texas ;o)
