Hi, everyone, have finally had 2mins to myself to join this forum, as after 6 days on Dukan Diet we went away for the week, now on day 10 and having continued with diet throughout the week am now 8lbs down. What a motivation to continue when someone at a dog show I was attending said "you've lost loads of weight" yipee noticing already Very Happy
