Yes, you can have a total of 30 g of cheese that is less than 7% fat. Laughing Cow Lite falls into this category. You are limited to two a day though.

For a cheese to just eat on its own, I like Laughing Cow Lite and Babybel Lite. I can only get high fat Quark here, I tried it and hated it. I use strained yogurt and non fat cottage cheese instead of quark and formage frais.

I made some "vanilla ice cream" with quark, stevia and vanilla extract. Fairly edible although I guess the 0% fat made it rock hard.

Have found Lifetime fat-free cheese. Tried the cheddar and swiss varieties. Not much taste but I could pretend I was eating a cheese salad sandwich. Smile
