Hi everyone,

I got too excited and opened my logbook before I realized I wanted to say hi to everybody here.
I live in Australia and started the diet 4 days ago and am on my first day of PV/PP phase.
There is a short intro of myself in the logbook but I just wanted to say hi here!!
very happy to be able to share comments with you all!!
Best of luck on the diet, hope we can move together toward our goal weight!!!
