My name is Francesca and I started the Attack Phase last Friday (6 days ago) and have so far lost 6 pound. Most of this was in the first couple of days. I have another 42 pounds to lose so I'm going to stay on the attack phase for the full 10 days.
I do quite alot of exercise at the moment and the Attack Phase hasn't really disrupted it. I have managed to Spin no problems and have been running but did have a bit of an energy crash during a pilates class yesterday.
I made my first oatmeal pancakes today and they really weren't bad. I had them with fat free cream cheese and smoked salmon and it was pretty tasty.
I'm off on holiday soon after I finish the attack phase - going to Crete so hopefully I can stick to meat, fish and lots of Greek salad. Does anyone have any good ideas for sticking to it whilst away?
