To make this sauce (nice poured over meat)

  • Pour some low fat yogurt into a small bowl
  • add a tiny, tiny, amount of French mustard
  • splash in some vinegar
  • mix well and pour, or use as a dip

I gather this is ok on the attack phase as all of those ingredients are on the list? Also I have a huge spice rack and I am thinking that spices are all ok in the attack/cruise phase?
