Hi. I have the book and on page 58 it states that prok and lamb is not allowed in the attack phase.

So can I eat it in the P/V phase or not. the book is clear...none in attack...inference is that it is OK after attack phase.

To answer your question, lamb is still not allowed in cruise phase. Pork is not allowed as well, except it you buy it with no-fat. Just take a look at the label and see if they report the proteins, carbs and fat rate. If the carbs and fat are low (ideally 0), you can buy it. If you're not sure, leave it ^^

Wafer thin pork slices are usually close to identical with similar products in chicken, turkey and beef.

What is classed as low carbs? It comes in many forms measured in grams or percentage. Sad

Beef has 0 carbs.

You want to be aiming for as close to zero as possible with meat.
