Start Weight: 104 Kg

I had started to cut down before the book arrived, so had 'kind of' begun. I'm counting day 1 as yesterday (15th July), as that's when my book arrived. Here goes.

Day 1: 103.5 Kg

Breakfast - fat free yoghurt and 1.5 tbsp oat bran
Lunch - grilled chicken breast, cut into pieces with mustard and black pepper
Evening Meal - grilled cod

That's a very good start! Don't give up and keep things like this. The attack phase is supposed to give you a good kick start and motivate you. Good luck in your diet.
