You have a lot to lose, as do I. I did attack for ten days because I knew I could tolerate it. I have not been eating sweets or starches for the last few years and have gone meat only for a month (fatty meat though, not lean). If you think you can tolerate ten go for it. You can also do five and see how you are feeling and decided day by day. Doing ten will not give you a more dramatic weight loss, really. If you still have strong carb and sweet cravings after five days then you should stay on a bit more. If cravings are goine, head righ over to cruise phase after 5 attack days.
