Physical Activity Instructions Empty Physical Activity Instructions

Hi
I'm new to this, on Day 2 of Attack, but am managing ok so far.

However the Physical Activity Instructions are confusing me:-
The obliged activities are walking and stand -ups, but I can't decided if the way it's worded loses something in translation or taking the mick!
The exercise-abdominal and squats. Are they just done in isolation without warm up and cool downs
The reflex bit talks about going up and down stairs- I don't have stairs at home or work!! what do I do?

I hope that makes some sense. Any comments welcome!

The only compulsory exercise on the diet is the walking. The other exercises are his suggestions for toning up, but I found they didn't make much sense either so have not tried them, so don't worry, just walk!

Thank goodness you both don't understand them either!!

I go walking as I have 2 energetic dogs. But the abdominals and squats...............?
I feel you'd have to do a warm up and cool down as well. I keep meaning to do them after a walk, but never get round to it somehow!!

I don't do the other exercises either. Maybe one day . .
