Hi All, I have just purchased the book (from the UK! was cheaper and quicker than buying here in OZ go figure) anyway, Looking to start next tuesday (2 birthday dinners to get over this weekend Very Happy ), it all looks positive and very keen to get back on track to a healthier body and mindset out food

Hi Kimba. I did the same as you to buy my book. Even with postage from the UK, it was cheaper and faster than getting it here in Australia. I'm on my 4th week of the diet now and I love the food, so it works really well for me. I've lost 6kg now, with 28 more to go.
