i am on day 4 of the attack diet, am already noticing a change of appearance in my face (yay!), for this reason i just wanted to ask if anyone has tried or heard of anyone else continuing the attack phase for longer than the recommended 10 day limit. would the weight continue to vanish so quickly if i carried on like this, for say 20 days. i'm aware that there is probably a good reason for this period being so short but, if it isn't going to do me any harm to continue, surely its ok...??
any advice would be very welcome,
