Ingredients:
4tbls cocoa powder
4-6 tbls sweetner or sugar
3 eggs
cornflower (I think you might need to sift this?? or maybe use flour??)

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until you get a thick chocolatey substance.
This should give you 6 muffin size cakes. Put in the oven for around 15-20 mins and then leave in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy!!!

Hi Terry19,

Avoid flour, as it's high in carbs. Also avoid sugar.
Cocoa powder is hish in carbs as well, but if you use it parsimoniously, it should be ok.

I'm not sure how easy it will be to find in the uk but coco powder is only 'tolerated' at 1 tablespoon a day (not in attack!!) and it needs to be fat free and sugar free coco powder (it'll end up being 11% or something).

For your reference, I use Hershey's cocoa powder. According to the label it's very low in fat (0.5% or 1%), non-sugar.

In addition, since I only add it to the skimmed milk to add some flavor and it's so loose powder, I use no more than 1g per time.
However, compared to another Malaysia cocoa powder I have, Hershey's is not so tasty. The chocolate flavor is not so strong. But I guess that Malaysia one has higher fat percentage.
There's another dutch processed cocoa powder which contains only 1/4 of the natural one of Hershey's. But I noticed by customer reviews it is said to be unacceptable in taste. Considering the amount I use is close to nothing, the calorie difference is not so important therefore.

cornflour is different to flour. It's a thickening agent with special properties. Regular flour won't work as well.

The Dukan Diet book has recipes with cornflour in it so its OK. You only use a tiny, tiny amount anyway What a Face

Talking about cocoa etc. I am having a problem getting hold of any low fat cocoa, does anyone know where to get it please ? ( UK).
