Hi,

Glad to 'meet' everyone. I'm Tracy and I live in The Netherlands. Have ordered the Dukan Diet book and am eagerly awaiting it's arrival. I weigh 104 kg and want to get back to a healthy 65 kg by next year. If I can get to 80 kg by the end of December this year I'll be over the moon. I've always done office work, so will have to motivate myself to move my body into the bargain as well. Fingers crossed.
