My name is Lolly and I am planning on doing the Dukan Diet at the weekend.
I have 18lbs to lose.

Hi Lolly,

I started the Dukan Diet on Monday. My Attack Phase is 5 days, I suppose yours will be 3 days. It isn't as hard as you may think, you won't feel hungry and might discover some new taste sensations! Wink Today I had wafer thin turkey slices with low-fat yogurt that was surprisingly delicious and filling.

Hi Lolly :-)

First people are arriving on this board, but there's no doubt that you will find some buddies here to support you.
If you follow the rules of the diet, you can reach your goal. If you have questions, use this forum, and i'll try to give you some help based on my own experience.

I started the diet in August 2009, and actually I lost 55 lbs. I still want to loose 30. So you see how powerful this diet can be Smile
