Hi everyone, I have only just stumbled across this forum so I have never posted before so unfortunatly my 1st post is not good! I have been on the diet now for nearly 2 weeks and all was going great until I got tonsilitis a few days ago!! Arghhhh. So I have fallen off the wagon big time and eaten alot of ice-cream & to top it all off a pizza! So I am now having a massive panick that I have ruined everything! I lost 5 1/2 lbs in my first week and second weigh in is tomorrow so I guess I will just have to wait and see how much damage I have done! Fingers crossed!! xx
